Servers' physical locations

Chatmail Relays

I found DeltaChat today and finally this could be a real European alternative for instant messaging. Trying it out! Question about the servers: where is the nine.testrun.org server physically located? Is it in Europe? I do not want to engage with a server that is located in the US, as it would fall under the Cloud Act. This is one of the reasons I do not want to use Signal.
Thanks for any information on this topic.
