Forward to contacts as well

Expected behavior

Users can forward messages to contacts, not just chats.

Actual behavior

Users can only forward messages to chats.

Explanation

Users often delete chats when they are no longer relevant. If they want to forward a message to contacts with whom they don’t currently have a chat, users must first create new ones. That’s rather inconvenient. I think it would be best if chats and contacts were displayed both in the selection list, perhaps separated by bars, like in the search results.

In desktop this goes for most usages of SelectChat. IMU the biggest blocker currently is that SelectContactDialog just doesn’t include group chats.
