# Windows 10 - Delta Won't Open

I have downloaded and installed the Windows version on my desktop and it works great. Now I want to install it on my Microsoft Surface Laptop = it installs fine, but when I try to open Delta I see the blue wheel for about 2 seconds and then nothing. It won’t open.

I can’t see what might be blocking it from running and I’m not getting any popups. Any ideas?

Maybe it’s that issue?
